I rechaged my airtel number and money got deducted from my account but recharge was not done. I had to recharge again . When I asked bank they said money is credited to merchant account. When I contacted airtel they said yes money was deducted and it will be given to you in few working days but I didn’t got my money and it’s been 2 months. I have complained on customer care number and also on their twitter handle but money was not returned.
