Image Uploaded by Pankaj singh kholiya:I have done a recharge of rupees 598 on which 50 rupees coupon were applied to my mobile number 7895221233. During recharge 548 rupees were debited from my account showing paid to Bharti Airtel but recharge is not successful. There is no transaction details of this in my Airtel thanks app. This event was done on 17th Juky and till this time there is no refund to my wallet or to bank account. I am not able to connect customer care Representative as they said they are unable to connect due to cover 19 pandemic so please help me solving this issue regarding my money. I want my money back as soon as possible.
