On 21st October2021 I have made a payment of rs 598 through gpay to airtel prepaid. The money got deducted that very moment but the recharge is still being processed. After I enquired in gpay they told me that the payment is successfully made to the operator. Please help me fix this. I want a refund so that I can repeat the recharge as I have my exam today.
