I had opted for a recharge for my bsnl number on 26th april 2023 but the recharge failed and the money got deducted from my bank account. I called the company several times and even emailed them telling to return my money. They always said that they have requested for the refund and the money will be refunded within 1 to 7 working days. Today is 12th may 2023 and still now i did not get my money back. What type of robbery is this? Such a bad and cheap company. I will never make a mistake again to do any type of recharge from this site. Total fraud.
