Yesterday, at 11.30 i did try to make the recharge of 298/- Rs plan from the Airtel thanks app.
In the payment gateway, i always chose the Upi option. Yesterday also i did the same steps, followed the general steps by entering the pin to proceed the payment.
Unfortunately, the money got deducted from my bank account which was precisely 248/- Rs as a discount code of 50/- rs was applied.
The money got deducted from the bank account, deduction message arrived to me by next minute.But the recharge didn’t happen at all. Now, my outgoing calls and internet services are closed.
