Recently i have applied for D. el. ed 2023-2025 session in [ https://wbbprimaryeducation.org/View/paynow.aspx ] this website. in 16th September i have payed my d.el.ed application fees from my SBI debit card. the bank payment has been successfully completed but still my d.el.ed account shows pending payment. The OTHPG withdrawal rs 1000 from my account and SBI also confirmed that. But unfortunately OTHPG unable to process the paymentafter deducting money from my account. So, please take some necessary step on about this sensitive issue. Here attachment of all details of application id with transaction no.
