Recently i have applied for D. el. ed 2023-2025 session. in 16th September i have payed my d.el.ed application fees from my SBI debit card. the bank payment has been successfully completed but still it shows pending payment. The OTHPG withdrawal rs 1000 from my SBI account and SBI also confirmed that. But unfortunately OTHPG did not sent it to sender ac. So, please take some necessary step on about this sensitive issue.
