I ordered from Kfc application on 6th October, the money got deducted from my Paytm account yet the order wasn’t showing in the app, I tried everything from calling the restaurant to calling the customer care to reaching out on twitter, but I got no response from anywhere, this has been the most frustrating refund process I have ever seen in my life.
