Sir,

Kal 30th march 2020 ko mene Apne Paytm Payment Bank se Airtel wallet me ₹244 add kiye jiske transaction I’d hai – That’s transaction ID is 009082581159.

Jo ki paise Paytm Payment Bank se successful transfer ho gaye and mere Bank se debit ho gaye Jabki Airtel par abhi tak nahi aaye..

Jabki uske baad mene ₹5 add kiye Airtel wallet me jiske transaction I’d hai – 009082688284

And file attached kar de mene…

Mujhe ye pata krna hai mene online complaint ke baad me bhi koi response nhi hai aur customer service available na hone ki vajahh se baat nhi ho paaye customer care se..

Mujhe mere paise chahiye please help me..

As soon as possible I would want my money back..
