I tried to recharge my phone on 08/02/20 by my jio app and Rs.149 also deducted from my paytm account.But I don’t know how it sent to jio@citibank and recharge became unsuccessful.Still now ,I don’t get refund inspite of promised by jio.
Please refund my money.
