I have been a frequent user of Agoda app for booking hotels or flights but one incident changed my complete prospective over Agoda. I selected a hotel in Agoda app which was under my credentials which I use frequently selected room and did the payment but my money got deducted hotel didn’t get booked I tried connecting Agoda but no response. There is no helpline number nothing to connect with. I am extremely felt bad after this fraud. The transaction money got deducted is INR 5086.00. I request Agoda and consumer section to help get my refund.
