I have made recharge from airtel app amount rupees 129 on dated 14/03/2021 in the morning but recharge was not done hence I have made another recharge of same amount in the evening which was successfully done. Now I have not received return back my unsuccessful recharge amount rupees 129 in my payment bank account.please find the attachment for your reference. I have went four to five times at airtel customer store located at Dombivali east near railway station but they are not giving proper response and still query has not been resolved. It’s very irritating now.
