My name is Sourabh Singh.
On 18 March 2021 i was trying to order a product from PAYTM MALL on their application through a SBI credit card on EMI transactions. That product was apple airpods costing 11949 INR. When i entered the OTP to complete the payment, i got a message from the bank that your transaction has been succesful but the payment was still in the process at that time and after that it was cancelled automatically. Money deducted from the credit card but order gets cancelled. On 31st march 2021 i talked to the bank’s customer care executive regarding this, and they said, we have transfered the amount to the merchant but the merchant has not returned it yet. Then i got in touch with paytm through nch@paytmmall.com. First they keep on extending the dates and at last they said make a complaint to your bank, after i did they clearly said we dont have any control over the bank process, coordinate with the have for any delays. Sbi complaint number is – 1111647013238. Then i talked to the bank they said if paytm has not get your money then why did they turned the amount in the EMI’s. They told me to talk to the merchant about this.
