I seriously don’t understand why these apps are still running when users have complained against them multiple times. No revert from concerned authorities. No descipilinary actions have been taken yet against them. Don’t know what kind of govt. Body or legal jurisdiction we people have in our country. Feeling so demoralised and helpless when such encounters come into highlight. Nobody feels pity for consumers residing in india.
Complaint :-
1.) Money Deducted from my paytm, phonepe and gpay accounts but never reflected into the poker game account.
Its not about winning or losing, but money fraud and mentally harassment.
2). I have taken screenshots of the followings :-
* Payment proofs
* Game order ids
* Support Chats
* Bank Statements
* Gaming Statements
No actions have been taken yet. Tried multiple authorities
