I am having an SIP (SBI mutual fund), which registered with PhonePe,which has autopay enabled .So last month (March) SIP installment has been made through Axis Bank (Bank which is linked in SIP). But due to some problem, there was a insufficient amount. So PhonePe has initiated an autodebit on 11th of March but didn’t found sufficient amount so ECS has been bounce and charge 500 Rs which is fine. But due to technical error from PhonePe or Axis Bank, my account has deducted 10,938 Rs because the mandate has continuously made a hit for 19 or 20 times. And thank God it hasn’t made a hit for 50 times otherwise we know what would have happen.
So Please help me out in this and register a fraud complain on PhonePe or Axis Bank or SBI mutual fund and suggest me further help.
