AMAZON INDIA CYBS SI Deducted 1499 DTD 27.06.2023 inr from my hdfc debit card without authorisation and otp authentication. This is not good and it’s a fraud. I need to file a complaint against them and require my money back with compensation to chase them for this ililegal activity.

This charge is actually for Amazon prime membership even I received the same message from bank when I checked amazon they had sent a mail saying the prime membership has been renewed and I dont think you can sue them because when you sign up for prime its clearly mentioned that it will be a auto debit system per year basis on emandate (which is approved by RBI) you can definitely cancel the subscription and you wont be charged anymore as far as getting the current money back maybe have a word with the customer care as its only been 2-3 days they might just refund it and cancel the subscription.
