I booked tickets from travolook. Despite my money getting debited, they didnt provide me my tickets. Everytime i called at customer care i was kept on hold for minimum 10 mins and were requested to wait for 30 mins more. Yet on either of my contact details i received no confirmation. I wrote them a mail too and explained my personal emergency they didnt support me.
