Today 31/08/2023 at 1:19pm I received 4 emails stating my Aadhar was authenticated successfully using fingerprint authentication, “CANARA BANK”, “State Bank of India”, “Union Bank of India”, “Indian Post Payments Bank”, Later at 2:41 pm i received 6 emails similar but deployed by “CANARA BANK”, and later at 2:41pm i received a text message “Your AEPS CW txn at pin code 000000 is successful and Rs.0.0.RRN is my balance”, later at 2:56pm another text message stating ” Your AEPS CW txn at pin code 000000 is successful and Rs.5000.0 has been debited”, i logged into the UIDAI portal to check authentication history and there is was all the authentication and another along with the initial authentications “Karnataka Gramina Bank” was also checked.
This is the only information i have, a debit of rs 5000 that was not initiated by me using fingerprint authentication.
