I had made a payment towards PSPCL for electricity bill via Google pay, for which payment failed was shown in my transaction,but my account debited. I pay the same bill via another platform.
After around 15 days when my refund was not processed, I reached Google pay regarding issue. On enquiring, after several days, Google pay acclaimed that they had made payment to PSPCL again.
I then waited for the next bill of PSPCL. In next bill there is no adjustment of amount which Google pay acclaimed that they have paid.
I also have contacted PSPCL regarding payment issue, they also denying of such payment.
2 months have already been gone, but no refund from Google pay yet
