I was trying to recharge online my mobile sing your web portal ( Airtel) for Rs 100 . The money was debited ( used my debit card) but got no recharge . This had happened many times in the past . I never got any refund . I may have lost over Rs 1500 but never complaint . This time tried recharging with Rs 100 as I wanted to be cautious . Same thing happened . Money debited but no recharge

this was the message I got from Airtel . Your customer service portal is totally automated and it does not address this issue . Only about products and services. I could not or not allowed or was not able to talk to a live agent in customer service . The complaint numbers toll free does not work and 198 is totally automated . I have given the transaction number . Kindly do the needful and help me get the refund of Rs 100 to source payment.
