Sir,
I have made of payment of Rs:10000k vi Paytm to astro pay merchants on dated 15th Feb via UPI ref no:404618530862 but the same amount not credited in astro pay wallet I already shared a mail to astro pay with payment screenshot but they did not provide any resolution request you kindly help to refund my money back ,payment screenshot also attached.
