Hi Team,
I have performed UPI payment Rs.4426 on 11th october 23 at 7.51am for electricity bill payment consumer no 03009002473, the money debited from account and it is credited into merchant account. But the payment gateway page leads to error page and electricity board shows bill amount is pending.Then i paid next day the same amount via cash to electricity office.The said we havent received any money hence kindly refund the same and do the needful. Attached my statement copy for reference. The transaction reference no is RRN328422470969
Please assist me how to solve this issue or how to get back refund amount
