On 13th October I had paid Rs.800 in favour of AIRTEL MONEY for being loaded in wallet of the Airtel thanks app and the money was debited from my bank account but not credited in the wallet on complaining to the company’s email they assured the amount to be transferred back within 5 working days, it’s been almost 8 days but yet they haven’t given me my money back and on contacting them again they aren’t replying now. Please help.
