Text of Complaint by Helen Verghese C:

From my bank account for the purpose of recharging Airtel SIM an amount of 45 was debited and the same was not reflected in my account and the account balance is shown zero rupees and a message telling please complete your payment but the payment was already done and an acknowledgement from the part of Aiertel was also received
