I deposited 5k in my astropay wallet on 5th Sep. Now Astropay says that money is not received. I have provided Bank’s email along with UPI transaction screenshot. Customer service asks me to go back to bank and ask them raise a complaint but they are not ready to do anything. I checked with bank basis which they provided me email on the transaction routing back to the merchant. Please help as they started behaving like thieves now. I see other’s are also facing same problem and their money is also stuck with Astropay.
