I paid Rs. 6622.14 on 2nd of may, which was the money spent on Simpl last month for Zomato and Blinkit transactions. The money got deducted from my account, yet the amount is still showing pending, and the transaction is showing axfaikef. Simpl notified me via SMS that the money would be refunded to me as the transaction failed. No communication henceforth. The complaint chatbox is completely bot based with no human interfacing. When I am trying to enquire about the ticket raised, they are raising another ticket on top of that and saying it will take another 12 days to resolve.
