I have booked flight ticket from Dharamshal to Mumbai for trade date 2nd November and booking date 21th October for Spice jet flight through in.via.com for 3 person (2 Adult, 1 infant). My booking reference number is FMNAA3DS3P7FV. The payment 14,498 is debited from my account. I have still not received the Ticket confirmation and PNR number for same. I have already communicated to care@via.com and customer care in mobile application multiple times. Also I tried to approach customer care number 080-46414141 However all my communication were unanswered and not received any response.
Also when I tried to find my booking status through “https://in.via.com/itinerary” and booking reference number FMNAA3DS3P7FV I am getting below response

Please wait for some time to update your Airline PNR information to the ticket.
You can print this ticket once the PNR is retrieved from the Airline. We suggest to check the previous ticket/ booking status or contact customer care, before attempting to re-book
