I have booked flight ticket from Dharamshal to Mumbai for trade date 2nd November and booking date 21th October for Spice jet flight through in.via.com for 3 person (2 Adult, 1 infant). My booking reference number is FMNAA3DS3P7FV. The payment 14,498 is debited from my account. I have still not received the Ticket confirmation and PNR number for same. I have already communicated to [email protected] and customer care in mobile application multiple times. Also I tried to approach customer care number 080-46414141 However all my communication were unanswered and not received any response.
Also when I tried to find my booking status through “https://in.via.com/itinerary” and booking reference number FMNAA3DS3P7FV I am getting below response

You can print this ticket once the PNR is retrieved from the Airline. We suggest to check the previous ticket/ booking status or contact customer care, before attempting to re-book
