In the month of september 2020, i tried to send rs 500 to my friend. Money deducted from my account and was showing transaction successful but money not deposited in my friend’s account. I registered complain with gpay. Also shared my and my friend’s bank statement as they demanded. They advice to wait and informed me that they registered complain with NPCI. It’s already 3 months over. Now they are not replying my mail too… Now you say what I can do? They are just looting our money..
