Text of Complaint by Arjun rawat:

I made a payment of Rs.200 on 14 January 2026 at around 11:25 AM on a colour prediction website named “Mantri Mall” to add balance to my account.

The amount was successfully debited from my FamPay account, but the wallet balance on the Mantri Mall website was not credited.

I contacted the website support but received no proper response. This appears to be an online fraud / failed service. I am requesting immediate refund of my money.
