On Nvember 20th, 2020, around 10.40 am, a bill payment of Rs 549 was initiated towards my friend’s prepaid mobile number- 9600164928 through Airtel thanks app using my debit card.
There appeared a technical error followed by a a popup-“transaction failed”. However, the amount got debited from my bank account.
Thereafter, I didn’t receive any confirmation SMS regarding the recharge from the company.
