On May 19th, 2020, around 5:43 pm, a bill payment of Rs 598 was initiated towards my prepaid mobile number- 9401948534 through Airtel thanks app using my SBI debit card.
There appeared a technical error followed by a a popup-“transaction failed”. However, the amount got debited from my bank account.
Thereafter, I didn’t receive any confirmation SMS regarding the recharge from the company.
