I have added Rs.558 using my own Google pay account to my airtel money wallet (Airtel Thanks App) on 4th April 2020 but the same amount has not been loaded to my Airtel money wallet.
I mailed the problem number of times to wecare@airtelbank.com but they didn’t respond.
