I have already sent complaint to 121@in.airtel.com, and wecare@airtelbank.com. Now its been more than 1 week but no response from them.
After entering otp my bank account debited but airtel site is showing transaction failed due to technical error and account is not loaded yet.

Yesterday also it was the same. i still not got my refund and today also i lost my money again.
