I booked ticket from bbi to blr for 01/03/22 today. They shown amount for 5604 after adding discount coupon code. After payment it’s showing it is under progress. It will take 30 min. But still it’s not booked and I talked with customer care.. they told I have to pay more 1000 then ticket will book. Becoz price is increased. But I checked the price every other ticket platform. Price was remains same. But travolook is telling lie. They are fraud. I told to cancel they told it will take 8-10 working days. I can’t able to wait that days. I need money back immediately then i will book ticket again from another side. But they didn’t.
