I made a deposit of 16000 in astropay app by using phonepe on 6th September 2023,transaction successful but money not added in my astropay wallet, I contacted customer service and they said payment not received, I contacted my bank and raised a dispute and applied chargeback, after 2 days my bank saying that “transaction successful and chargeback raised by us was rejected by beneficiary bank” They said they can’t do anything, I submitted all these proofs to astropay customer service but they are not responding know 2 and half months completed still no responce from astropay. Please help me to get my money back.
