We paid extra amount of 1499 along with our 999 plan(total 2677.82) on 23rd November 2022. As it has been a year we subscribed to Jio, we had to forcefully subscribe to Amazon prime services without even taking our consent. Inspite of paying the amount we are not able to access amazon prime account from jio setup box, where is it showing us to subscribe again. The payment reference number is – PT00003EU62W. i can mention my registered mobile number if insisted in any prompt email from your side. We remember speaking to individuals Prashanthi and sagar who had zero knowledge in resolving the issue. They hang up the call in the middle of the conversation. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
