Respectedsir , I ANUP KUMAR SAR, trying to recharge my family phone number on 09/12/2021 at 9:44 AM
using MY JIO APP through phone pay which is linked by my Paytm payment bank. At that time the transaction was completed and I got a message given below ” Rs.666.00 sent to jio@yesbank from your Paytm a/c 91XX7225. Ref: 134318286378. View your past payments at https://m.paytm.me/msg :PPBL” . My money is debited from account but recharge don’t happen. So please check my amount and refund my money .
