Hello,
I was enquiring the loan eligibility in ocean credit app, and all of a sudden 1200 amount is credited to my account, when I checked I found that swift credit app is asking me for 2000 for 7days, it is totally unethical, they have threatening me that they will call all my contacts which is against the RBI guideline, I’m also working in the banking collection process as QA, I will file a complaint in consumer forum as well and will not pay a single rupees now
