Flipkart breached my security and handed over my account with an old number to another person. That person ordered a smartwatch and it was delivered to my home. My family was unaware of this and paid for the order.
I am unable to return the product as Flipkart was only allowing a replacement. I tried contacting the person with my old number but was unable to get him to return due to communication gap. I have repeatedly typed in mails to customer support , but they keep calling my old number. I have been unable to get control of the account and the watch has been sitting in my house for more than a month now.
I have written 6 emails to grievance officer at flipkart, which generated ticket for incident reports, promising a call-back in the next 48 hours. I received a call back 20 days ago that my issue would be resolved, but there have been no responses so far. I keep mailing to grievance officer and have generated more than 4 incident reports so far, but no call-back so far.
There is no call support number, no direct communication for customers. I have run out of patience and want to initiate legal action against Flipkart for harassing customers, stealing money, breaching cybersecurity and horrible customer support.
