Rs 2060 amount has been transferred fraudulently by fake hackers from my Airtel savings account and it is bank duty to safeguard my money in their savings account but they are not taking responsibility of taking any action against fraud people and not refunding my money kept in Airtel savings bank account and they have no physical presence as they are payment bank .
I have Airtel savings account.
On 27th February 2022 rs 2059 has been fraudulently transferred from my Airtel savings account to a fraud call from my account with transaction ID
6135952752 please revert this transaction immediately
and refund amount and take strict action against fraud people
I have already raised complaint to concerned team of Airtel Payment Bank but they are not solving my complaint and telling it’s not bank fault
If I am keeping money in bank so it’s safety and security lies with Airtel Payment Bank but they are not solving my case.
