I had taken a money back plan worth around 7000 apx under the NOBROKER.com,where i had mentioned my requirement to get a flat on rent. Accordingly the plan if NOBROKER is unable to provide my a flat as per my requirement/given details, and If I found a flat on my own which is not listed on NOBROKER , I need to submit my VALID RENTAL AGREEMENT for refund. As per their T&C i have submitted a VALID RENTAL AGGREMENT which is valid under the court of law and Mumbai Police, but NOBROKER is denying saying it not valid, as they now need REGISTERED RENTAL AGREEMENT. THEY are just denying to revert on email or call after multiple attempts.
