My were held in dolly mall i want my money to be back

I would like to cancel my account and be refunded my money. I addressed this issue with my agent however he is not allowing me to do so. The reason for my cancellation is that I was left with last order for me to finish a task and be able to withdraw, however after my last order another order was loaded requesting me to recharge more money and I no longer have any money to recharge I’ll recharged with all I had and even had to borrow another money hoping that I my last order and I will be able to withdraw.
Now I can’t do anything on my account even the last order is demanding me money that I don’t have.
