I made a deposit of Rs 50000 in Astropay but it wasn’t added to wallet even though the payment was successful from my side. I sent them a proof of payment via email which they acknowledged and said that they will get it checked. Now it’s been 42 days neither my money has been refunded nor has it been added to wallet and the only response they have provided me in 42 days is that my case is being reviewed when they only needed to check of they have received the payment or not.
