On 12th April 2020 I have added Rs.200/- to my MPL wallet. The amount got deducted from my bank account but not credited in MPL wallet. Their help desk team said our payment gateway has been failed and the amount will be refunded to the sourced account within 7 working days. It’s been 13 days I am taking follow up from them but I have not received my refund.would request you to please help me in this.
