Earlier my friend sent me 1000INR through phone pe but I haven’t received any amount then my friend contacted customer care they said the transaction is pending at the bank , we can’t do anything about it !!
Case-2 I did a transaction on Feb 11 the same thing happened but this time there is not even a reply and not at all responding to calls !!! This is pathetic please take a stern action on them . When you are running a company it’s your sole responsibility to satisfy the customer and their needs such an useless company .
