I have purchase Note 7 Pro Mobile phone via Flipkart online shoping Service on 11th July, 2019. On 15th July i have got my goods via Ecart Courier Service on my mentioned address. After purchasing complitation tommorrow morning i have got message
“Flipcart BT-FLIPKT” message as
” Welcome To Flipcart Dear Customer, Congratulations! You are the Lucky Winner of 1st Prize, Mahindra XUV500, Two option for Receiving your Prize 1-Home Delivery or 2-Marketing Value (Rs.16,96,000), Help Center- +91 7870149777″‘
After than I have got call from +91 9117154202
I have choosen Option Number-2
then i have inquired on above message concern for this prize, they authorise me for this number (+91 9117154202) to give me my bank detail etc…..
so i have given bank account number, IFSC code and Payment of Rupes 6200/- on Name of Mukesh Kumar Singh, State Bank of India-SBIN0005918, Account Number-38433119311.
After than they told me for transfer 37400 Rupes amount for Ammount Transfer Charge, He told me that, if i unable to give 37400, then they will refund me 6300/-. But i Doubt on this moment and ignore for ammount.
After i call him for my refund they ignore it and argue before me. What can i do?
If possible i want to warm request you for my help on this financial matter. You can better try for me.
