I applied for the mojo lends …one for 1624 and other for 1700 …before due date they used to send messages ….if you will not pay ..we will send bad pictures to your contact people ..we have field people to handle this…
How ever I was ready to pay before due date ..and paid so …and customer service man from mojo …called and asked me to send UPI transfer details …so I send the …details …he said now ur loan is closed …now u delete your app from the phone …and again install ..the app when ever u require ….I was not sure what he was talking about….I asked this not the procedure…other loan apps don’t have this kind of procedure…he said mojo app is like that …so I deleted the app …I got doubt and downloaded the app again to see what’s with this …it directly making me to accept notifications…so I deleted the app …again thought it was a head ache
Next day the same person from mojo called …asked about have you downloaded the app ..yes I said …he said did u applied for money
..I said no …but its showing u accepted the money …by clicking all OK to the notification…I said how its possible ..I did not applied for the loan …he said one OTP will come to ur phone ..tell me he will cancel the loan process …I said the otp trusting him ….after 3 days after mojo lend ..saying we customer service calling to repay ur loan …I said how its possible ….they send the messages from different number ….saying Saddam …have to pay loan we got your aadhar pan card ..I tried to explain them …that one of ur person tried to fraud me…but they were speaking nonstop …its total fraud …the app doesn’t show on play store now …I said I dont trust you people ..show me your office …video call .and they tried to divert matter …give some suggestions please regarding this ..they called my friend also
