Dear Sir
I have a Tata sky connection id 1180503243. My monthly recharge of the current pack was rs 235 just only. But your company modified my current pack with a monthly recharge of rs. 360 by subscribing some tatasky fitness and dance studio channel without my mandate. This is a serious lack in customer service. Although I have again modified the pack to previous pack but still I am not happy with this type of activity.
Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.
