This is with respect to the issue raised on Fibernet connection: 080-49501163.
 
Issue was raised on March-30th-2020.
 
Since last 7 days I have visited customer care centers, I have called customer care at least 7-10 times and spoke to the senior escalation team.
 
Everytime airtel team disappointed me with false commitment on fixing the issue and Failing to call me back on Follow up and status.
No one is addressing the issue, No one called me since the issue was raised, the Escalation team falling flat on false/failed commitment of follow up , resolve and callback
 
The last escalation call was attended by the following person and interaction ID. 
Name : Arjun.
Interaction ID : 1066309993
He promised me a callback  by EOD yesterday. I haven’t received any call from the senior executive team.
I have written on their twitter handle and I get same standard response “we are working in it”.
How long does it take to solve this kind of issue. And why their is no clarity on what is that they are working on.
why their is so poor customer communication and response ?
