Complain for the Loan App MOCAMOCA, I was shocked when I suddenly received 1300 in my Gcash from them when I was only checking the details. I was so scared because you can’t see a cancel icon. I was really disappointed at that time scared. In the first place, I never confirmed the loan but still, they sent money to my Gcash. I wanted to return back the money they sent in my Gcash but I don’t know how because you can only see the due date and Repay something on the app. The Interest is so high. I received 1300 pesos but the amount I will pay is 2,100. What is the meaning of this? and they only gave me one week to pay 2100. . Comes the due date, I received an email from Moca Moca telling me to pay my loan, They call me and said that i need to pay the amount. I already told them later but then my relatives contact me and told me that MocaMoca just called them and told them that I have a debt that I didn’t pay. They just embarrass me to my relatives.
I didn’t give any permission for them to call my contacts on my phone and now they are using this to harass me and the people in my contacts!
